Lasarah Hargrove

Michael worked with her during her sophomore year at Gaither H.S. from November to February 2017.  Lasarah is now  at the University of Iowa. Her Sophomore year was her best year.

Lauren Mcnary

Michael worked with Lauren her senior year at Palm Harbor University in 2004 where she broke 4 school records; remaining to this day.  She went on to run at Howard University and now works for Adidas in New York. She improved by 4 seconds in her 400m time from her junior year to her senior year; which still is the school record 15 years later. Recently she qualified for the olympic trials in the marathon; and her sister Madison holds the school records in the 100 and 200; who also went on to become an all american at Michael's Alma Mater, The Ohio State University where he lettered all four years.

Dillion Deboer

Michael worked with Dillion the summer before his senior year, where he went from 230 up to 265 fit, lean, super strong and fast. He was a starter on the basketball and football teams at East Lake High School. Dillion received a scholarship to play football at Florida Atlantic University where he started and lettered all 4 years.  After Graduation he received a practice squad contract with the San Diego Charges.

Alessa Sandusky

Michael worked with her in 2017, her senior year where she won the 100 meter hurdle state title and broke the school record in the 300 hurdles and 100 hurdles. She received a full scholarship to FAU university.

Nicholas Izquierdo

Graduated from Gaither High School in 2017; when Michael worked with him he was the team's MVP.  His senior year he PRed in every event:  100, 200, 400 and the long jump.  He received a scholarship to run at Mars Hill University in NC.

Ricky Quiroz

Ricky was Michael's client in 2012.  Graduating from Shorecrest High School, he joined The US Army; where he ran a sub 6 min mile in combat boots and won the fitness medal of honor. He was one of the Leading 3 point shooters in the state of Florida his senior year.TTID:274 He eventually Graduated from the Army and is now married.

John Hogan

Was a senior at Clearwater High School in 2011; however, Michael worked with John beginning in 2007.  He was all State in Football and Basketball his senior year. He went on to attend college and play basketball.

Kristine Fuller

Graduate of Palm Harbor University High School, Michael worked with her in 2011-12. She was player of the year in basketball in Pinellas county, and received a full scholarship to play Basketball at BYU, where she graduated from. She was also a standout Volleyball player in high school.

Kayne DaKoski

Kayne was Michael's client in 2002, his senior year at Palm Harbor High School and posted the second-best score in school history and was an NCAA provisional total in winning the decathlon at the Florida State Relays at the Mike Long Track Complex.  As you can see, he went on to compete at the University of Florida where he was one of the top decathletes in the country.  Kayne went on to a modeling career and now works for the CIA.

Danny Reyes

Was a Senior at Tarpon High school in 2009 when he was an all county and all district QB his senior year. Danny received a full football scholarship to Grambling State University. He and Michael are still friends till this day.

Andrew Meyers

Michael worked with him in 2000 while he was a senior at Palm Harbor University High school. He broke the school records that still stand 20 years later. He Finished 16 and 3200 at the State Championships and went on to graduate from Florida State University.  He also holds the school record in Cross country 15:47 for 5 K. He and Michael are still friends to this day.
